So last week I wrote this piece http://www.progressonline.org.uk/2014/07/09/make-rail-regional/ on how I thought Labour should tackle the issues around rail policy that would answer the criticisms and wishes of the various interested parties, while at the same time getting to the nub of what really needs to be done.
Well, having now read the motion put forward for the National Policy Forum I must confess that I feel a very real and positive hope that the Party have a pretty similar view – which *obviously* i think is extremely sensible.
